- There is no membership fee. You only pay for the services you use.

- We have flights from the U.S. 3x per week.
- How often you have sea freight?
- We have freight by sea once per week.
- When do customs fees apply?
- Customs fees are only charged on packages with a value of $100 USD or higher.
- What are restricted items?
- Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash etc.

- A custom charge of 35% will be added for all electronics valued over $100 USD.

- Our standard rates start at $500 for the first pound. It increases by $300 for every additional pound.

- Our Express Rates start at $800 for the first pound. It increases by $750 for each additional pound.
- Is there a minimum shipping quantity for China Air Freight?
- Yes, there is. The minimum shipping quantity is 5 kg or 12 lbs.
- How long does shipping by air from China usually take?
- Air shipments from China take approximately 7 - 14 business days, as long as there are no delays.
- How long does shipping by sea from China usually take?
- Sea shipments take 6 - 8 weeks to arrive from China to Jamaica.
