- Is there a membership fee?
- There is no membership fee. You only pay for the services you use.
- How often do you have flights?
- We have flights from the U.S. 3x per week.
- How often you have sea freight?
- We have freight by sea once per week
- When do customs fees apply?
- Customs fees are only charged on packages valuing $100 USD or higher.
- What are restricted items?
- Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash etc.
- I need help purchasing something online
- We can help you purchase items online and deliver them to you.
- What is the customs percentage for electronics?
- A custom charge of 35% will be added for all electronics valued over $100 USD.
- What are your Standard Rates?
- Our standard rates start at $500 per pound. It increases by $300 for every additional pound.
- What are your Express Shipping Rates?
- Express Shipping is $750 per pound.
